I am a product designer on the design systems team, "Blueprint", at JSTOR. We help enable the product teams to build JSTOR experiences beautifully, consistently and efficiently.
I also serve as a product designer for our Access team. We enable seamless access to JSTOR content and tools for remote teaching, learning, and research.
Within my role, I collaborate with partners across the organization daily to support, create and evangelize JSTOR's brand, our design system tooling, and systemic best practices. I like to act as a friendly bridge between development and design, and brand and product. I also help grow and drive the culture and community around our design system and brand, enabling teams to be more efficient and able craftspeople in delivering cohesive, clear, meaningful experiences that empower our users to seamlessly access knowledge.
